Toddler Daycare in Billings, MT

18 months - 3 years

Our toddler program in Billings serves children from 18 months to 3 years, the stretch where children go from a handful of words to full sentences and from parallel play to actual friendships. We give toddlers room to test their independence with enough structure that the day still feels predictable to them.

Toddler days mix free play, group activities, outdoor time, and quiet time. We work on sharing, taking turns, and naming feelings instead of hitting, and we support potty training on your timeline and with your methods so home and daycare are not sending different messages. Creative and sensory activities such as painting, play dough, water play, and music build fine motor control while burning off the considerable energy of a two-year-old.

Common Questions

Do you help with potty training?

Yes. We follow the approach you are using at home so your child gets a consistent message, and we keep you posted on how it is going day to day.

Does my toddler need to be walking to enroll?

No. Children move into the toddler program based on readiness and development rather than a strict cutoff, and we will talk through the right fit when you visit.

Do toddlers go outside every day?

We get outside whenever the weather allows. Please send clothing appropriate for Montana conditions, including boots and snow gear in winter.

More questions are answered on our FAQ page.
