Enrollment & Getting Started

How do I enroll my child?

Getting started is easy! Simply contact us by phone at (406) 350-3222 or use our online contact form. We'll schedule a visit so you can tour our facility, meet Lisa, and discuss your family's specific childcare needs. Once you decide we're the right fit, we'll guide you through our simple enrollment process.

What ages do you accept?

We welcome children of all ages, from infants (6 weeks and up) to school-age children. Our programs include infant care, toddler care, preschool preparation, and before/after school care for older children.

Is there a waiting list?

Availability varies depending on the age group and type of care needed. We encourage you to contact us as early as possible to discuss your needs. If space isn't immediately available, we can add you to our waiting list and contact you when an opening occurs.

Can I schedule a tour before enrolling?

Absolutely! We encourage all prospective families to visit our facility, meet Lisa, and see our environment firsthand. Tours can be scheduled by calling (406) 350-3222 during business hours.

Hours & Schedule

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Mountain Time). We are closed on major holidays including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Do you offer part-time care?

Yes! We offer flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, and drop-in care (space permitting). We understand that every family's needs are different and work with you to create a schedule that fits your situation.

What about before and after school care?

We provide before and after school care for school-age children. We can accommodate various school schedules and provide a safe, nurturing environment for homework help and activities during these times.

Do you offer summer programs?

Yes, we offer care throughout the summer months for school-age children when regular school is not in session. Contact us for specific details about summer programming.

Programs & Activities

What activities do children participate in?

Our programs include age-appropriate activities such as arts and crafts, music and movement, story time, outdoor play, sensory activities, and early learning exercises. For preschool-age children, we focus on kindergarten readiness including pre-reading skills, basic math concepts, and social development.

How do you handle nap time for younger children?

We follow each child's individual sleep schedule, especially for infants and toddlers. We provide a quiet, safe environment for rest and work with parents to maintain consistency with home routines.

Do you provide meals and snacks?

Please contact us to discuss our current meal and snack arrangements. We can accommodate special dietary needs and allergies with advance notice and work with families to ensure children's nutritional needs are met.

Safety & Policies

What are your safety measures?

Safety is our top priority. Our facility is licensed by the State of Montana, and Lisa maintains current CPR and First Aid certifications. We have strict sign-in/sign-out procedures, secure entry, and maintain appropriate adult-to-child ratios at all times.

How do you handle allergies and medical conditions?

We take all allergies and medical conditions very seriously. During enrollment, we collect detailed information about any allergies, medications, or special health needs. We work closely with parents to create care plans and ensure all staff are aware of each child's requirements.

What is your sick child policy?

For the health of all children in our care, we ask that sick children remain home until they are fever-free for 24 hours without medication and no longer contagious. We will contact parents if a child becomes ill during the day.

What certifications and experience does Lisa have?

Lisa has over 40 years of experience in childcare and early childhood education. She holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, maintains current CPR and First Aid certifications, and complies with all Montana childcare licensing requirements.
